Jersey Water

Jersey Water collects, treats and supplies 18.8 million litres of clear water every day to more than 40,000 households and 3,600 businesses in our community.

We are committed to supplying high quality drinking water 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and providing excellent service to our customers. Our dedicated Operations team works around the clock to ensure that the water is safe to drink and delivered to our customers' taps. We sample and analyse the water we supply at all stages of the process to make sure that it meets stringent quality standards.

Our purpose is supplying water for our Island to thrive today and every day. We are 'for island life', so as well as proving a critical public service, we make every effort to protect our environment and support our community. A big part of this sees us getting involved with educational, charitable and sustainable initiatives that benefit the Island we serve.
