We’re looking for a motivated undergraduate who wants to make a difference at the UK’s number 1 utility company. If this sounds like you then we’re looking forward to hearing from you.

Have you ever thought about the potential of working in an in-house creative team and taking on the vast opportunities available when working as part of the creative team in an organisation such as Northumbrian Water Group? You may have already seen some of this work as part of our Bin the wipe and Just add water communication campaigns, and if you follow us on social media and look on our websites, you’ll get a taste of the range of activities the business is involved with which need creative input.

Whilst you are with us, you’ll work as part of our Corporate Communications directorate, working closely with our Marketing, External Communications and Internal Communications teams. As well as getting hands-on experience of following brand guidelines, interpreting creative briefs, thinking creatively and building on existing work, you’ll see how the work that you do as a creative contributes to our key communications and campaign work.

About you

You’ll be good at organising yourself, and managing your time while paying attention to detail, even under pressure, and it will be pressurised at times. You’ll also be able to work independently at times, and at other times as part of a team. On occasions you will need to work in an agile manner to be able to flex from project to project, and also able to take inspiration from the creative world to use in your work.
