Team Supervisor (Admin)

Salary: £23.0k - £28.0k (dependant on skills & qualifications)

THE ROLE

 

The overall purpose of this job is to assist the admin Team Manager in providing a comprehensive admin service within the depot and contribute towards the depot achieving targets.

 

The key responsibilities of this role are:

 

  • Monitor and improve admin performance
  • Planning and prioritising admin team workload to ensure admin team functions efficiently
  • Provide admin support to the depot
  • Deputising for Admin Team Manager

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

 

  • No academic qualifications/certifications are essential in this role.
  • The role requires an understanding of how the operational depot functions and basic supervisory skills.
  • This role requires basic supervisory skills when deputising for the Admin Team Manager. In order to progress to the job above, the role holder would need a higher level of supervisory skills and the ability to manage a team.
