Role: Field Performance Manager

Hours: 7:30am to 5pm

This is a great opportunity for an experienced supervisor looking to develop their managerial & leadership experience within the industry.
You will work closely with Project Engineers, Highways Authorities and Developers to plan, organise and support your teams in the day-to-day operations across several programmes/schemes, enabling them to run a safe, efficient and effective operational area.
This position is perfect for those who enjoy a physical job outside, and an ability to perform in a physically demanding role, as well as all-weather conditions, is crucial.
Here are some of the additional activities you will be involved in…
- Accurately recording information from site
- Checking equipment and systems are fit for use, maintained and fully operational
- Comply with legal and legislative policies and procedures in relation to health safety and environmental policies and the highway code
- Complete plant and daily diary sheets, as well as risk assessments on time
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders to ensure operational risk is managed effectively

You are an experienced supervisor with good all-round technical knowledge of the construction & water industry, possessing a NRSWA Supervisor qualification and a thorough understanding of the Streetworks & Traffic Management acts. A full clean driving licence is essential.
