We are ambitious - We’re keen to hear from determined and motivated people like you who are interested in developing their supervisory experience in the world of utilities.

Whether you’re an Agent, Performance Manager, Surveyor or Enabler, Clancy Supervisors are our crucial mid-level management positions overseeing our operations. As the business grows, we need more qualified individuals to help support senior management and ensure operations are efficiently & effectively executed.

The Role:

As Agent on our Anglian Water alliance, you will monitor performance of field resource on the Housing Estate Mains contract, working closely with a variety of stakeholders to maximise day-to-day operations, ensuring the planning of work, control of plant, labour and risks are all controlled.

In this fast paced environment, we’ll be making good use of health & safety expertise, as well as your organisation. You will ensure our field teams are effectively managed and able to cope with project demand and appropriate assistance and mentorship is provided to promote a ‘right first time and zero harm safety culture’.

These are just a few of the activities you’ll be involved in:

  • Implementing, monitoring and achieving targets for health & safety, quality and customer satisfaction through your field teams. Developing future HEMs strategies so that less work is lost to the independent (“self-lay”) market
  • Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas
  • Minimise disruption and preventable mistakes, reducing aborts, re-work and traffic management fines
  • Manage employee training and ensure that people are developed to make their best contribution
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant H&S and environmental legislation

What do you need?

You will be an experienced supervisor with good all-round technical knowledge of the construction & water industry, possessing a NRSWA Supervisor qualification and a thorough understanding of the Streetworks & Traffic Management acts is ideal.

If you can demonstrate this, and are looking for a new challenge right now, we would love to hear from you!
