We are Kier, one of the UK's leading Construction and Infrastructure service, working on large scale Infrastructure projects. We are currently recruiting for a Sub Agent to assist the Site Agent, in order to achieve project delivery to the customer's objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

In this exciting Sub Agent role, you'll supervise the delivery of the contract programme and assist in the production of contract programmes. You'll maintain the commercial performance of the contract and ensure compliance with company procedures and legal obligations, promoting best practices. You'll produce key management plans, such as CTMP, EMP, ITPs and production of RAMS for self-delivery works, including review of sub-contract RAMS.

What do we need from you?

You'll hold a relevant management qualification, or equivalent NVQ Level 3/HNC or Degree with knowledge and proven experience of managing a section of works on both small and large-scale infrastructure projects. You'll be a good problem solver and lead by example with good management skills. CITB Environmental Awareness and experience with planning software such as MS Projects or P6 is preferred.
