Job responsibilities

In this exciting role you will be responsible for assisting the Project Administrator or Project Accountant with the accounting and administrative functions on the project. You will goods receive notes, as well as invoice verification where system applicable including invoice matching and processing. You will also be responsible for the recording and processing of payroll information, labour allocation , labour only subcontracts including the time and attendance and absences.

What we need from you?

It's preferred that the successful candidate will have knowledge and practical understanding of financial systems including Oracle, as well as knowledge and practical application of Time and Attendance and Access Control systems such as Ganetime.
