We're currently recruiting for a SHE Manager
to promote , inspire and collaborate with the team , customer and Directorship to ensure that the best in class SHEA policy and standard and adopted and implemented across the business unit. Job Responsibilities
In this exciting Senior Leader role working alongside the Regional Directors, you'll ensure that the highest possible standards of SHEA responsibility are implemented across the business. You'll develop and implement SHEA strategy and lead and drive a team to promote safety and ensure mitigation against risk. You'll ensure full compliance against our Kier Group SHEA policy and ensure information is recorded accurately in order to promote best practice. In this role we require you deliver strategic leadership across our SHEA team. Leading and implementing cultural change to drive forward the SHE initiatives across our business. You will need to be able to influence at a senior level, from Directors and clients all whist driving continuous improvement through the delivery of Kier's performance excellent strategy. Skills/Experience
You'll need a detailed understanding of SHE legislation and working knowledge of ISO 14001, 9001 and 45001 standards, along with significant experience in a similar or supporting post. You will need to be methodical and able to follow through, even for small matters, with the ability to influence at all levels within an organisation.
Previous experience developing and implementing a cultural change programme would be beneficial. What do we need from you?
Do you have previous experience developing and implementing a cultural change programme? Do you have experience of supporting business and/or engineering qualifications with a Chartered SHE professional or equivalent (or demonstrable IPD/CPD equivalent) or working towards? Do you have a Diploma or equivalent in Health and Safety with experience of accident investigation then this role could be perfect for you. Pre-employment checks
