Service Review Team (Business Administration) Modern Apprentice

What will you be doing?
The role holder will receive support and development to work towards and complete a Business Administration Modern Apprenticeship, this will involve on the job training and external assessment.
The role is to provide administrative support within our Service Review Team (SRT), in order to help drive outstanding customer service and outperform other key regulatory targets.
SRT, which is part of Customer Experience, is responsible for all formal complaints/claims that come into Scottish Water. Within the team we are also responsible for managing payments to customers set out in our code of practice.
The apprenticeship role is an 18 month fixed term position. Once we return to normal working conditions (post COVID) the main base for this role will be at our Fairmilehead office in Edinburgh, with flexibility needed to travel to other locations.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for people who are self-motivated, team players who are well organised, good problem solvers with a positive attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative. You’ll have five National 4 or 5 Qualifications (English, Maths and Science are advantageous but not essential) You must have a full or working towards a UK driving licence.
It is desirable that you have a good understanding of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and a desire to learn new skills.
Desirable Skills required for the role:
Previous experience in delivering excellent customer service.
Good communication skills.
Strong customer focus.
Commitment to learning, developing new skills and putting these to use on the job.
