Are you an experienced lifeguard ready to take the next step? We're looking for Senior Lifeguards to join our team for Spring & Summer 2025! This is your chance to lead by example, ensure safety, and support a dynamic team in a fun and rewarding environment.
Your Role:
āļø Supervise lifeguard teams, ensuring high safety standards
āļø Lead by example with excellent vigilance and quick response to incidents
āļø Conduct regular safety checks and enforce guidelines
āļø Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting junior lifeguards
āļø Ensure pool and waterfront areas are well-maintained and welcoming
What You Need:
š¹ NPLQ/OWL qualification (desirable)
š¹ Previous lifeguarding experience with leadership responsibilities
š¹ Strong communication and teamwork skills
š¹ A passion for safety and delivering exceptional experiences
