Kier Utilities & Rail are looking for a Senior Fleet and Plant Manager to manage our Fleet & Plant Hire. You will be working closely with Kier Fleet & Plant Hire and our Client to ensure operations are in line with current and future vehicle and transport legalisation and compliance. You will be driving efficiency by minimising hire/ spare vehicle allocation, investigating accidents, ensuring workforce compliance and working closely with the Bid teams over fleet/ plant solutions and costings. Creating and delivering complex vehicle, plant and workshop programmes will also be key in this role.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in the role, you will hold knowledge of vehicle and transport legislation and activities along with excellent communication skills to build good working relationships with key stakeholders and Clients.

Due to the nature of the role, it will be covering all of our Utilities & Rail operational locations so a Full UK Driving Licence will be required.
