The Seepage Customer Assurance team is the key interface between Thames Water and the customer for unknown source of water within a property boundary, it will be your role to provide admin support the case manager with progression the customer journey. The key goal is to understand and take ownership of Seepage database, technician schedules and sample data.
The role involves offering a case manager further guidance, supporting with arranging field activity including repairs. Tracking complaints case. This additional support helps get the customer issue resolved more quickly and drives better customer satisfaction and CSAT scores. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are therefore vital for this role, communicating with numerous teams across the business and relaying relevant information back to the team or customer in a timely manner.We’re looking for you to:
