Responsible for delivering a first-class recruitment service in this in-house environment, we’re looking for a Resourcing Business Partner / Recruiter to join our team, who has solid recruitment experience, to work closely with our operational management teams.
This is a brand new opportunity to support the success of our company's ambitious growth targets, by ensuring we have the appropriately skilled front-line teams,
What will you be doing?
We want you to build strong working relationships with your colleagues, and quickly get under the skin of the recruiting challenges of each area, so you can provide solutions to attract the best talent now, and in the future. These are just some of the activities you’ll be involved with:
- Work closely with hiring managers to qualify and define their recruitment needs
- Coordinate candidate generation strategies that take advantage of social media platforms, online advertising, referrals, networking and job boards
- Craft compelling and authentic job adverts
- Qualify candidates
- Attend interviews
- Specific and targeted headhunting
- Attend both virtual and in-person job fairs
- Develop relationships with 3rd party partners
- Take ownership of personal development and keep abreast of industry advancements, by actively participating in industry events, exhibitions and networking, both internally and externally
What we're looking for
An experienced Recruiter seeking a new challenge, or a Resourcer who is ready to step up, with either agency or internal recruitment experience, who cares about helping managers to make the right hiring decisions.
Someone who enjoys making a positive difference and can understand the commercial impact of an operational role left unfilled. So determination and persistence are essential.
Leading managers through the recruitment process with enthusiasm, and being able to diplomatically and credibly encourage different ways of thinking, is important, so exceptional communication skills are a must.
