The Data Manager is a critical role within Offshore Business focussing on support, analysis, improvement and management of Resources data.
SPR Offshore are looking for skilled, enthusiastic and agile individuals who are interested in working in our Global Offshore Internal Resources Team and helping us in the development and implementation of business-critical reporting process and data management within the Iberdrola Group.
Belonging to Global Offshore Resources Department and reporting to the Internal Resources Team Lead, you will be the owner and main user of resource master data system. You will study and challenge the current process and data sources in order to bring new solutions to improve headcount and costs reporting.
You will fully document all Timesheets data sourced by the employee portal and prepare regular ad-hoc reports for Global Iberdrola Offshore business.
Leading all the analysis and management of data, you will produce weekly and monthly reports as well as assist with the development and implementation of new processes of data management on MS Excel and Power BI. You will also assist with headcount budgets and costs forecasting.
Your experience in data assesment/management and IT applications included but not limited to Resource Management software, MS Excel and Power BI will be support by a degree or professional qualification in a relevant finance related discipline. Proven experience in a relevant field (Financial or HR related) will be required.
A self-motivated individual, with high developed problem solving, communication, innovative, creative thinking and attention to detail skills looking to work with multi-disciplinary teams in an international environment and able to influence decision makers and develop key specialist decisions.
