Job Description

Morrison Utility Services is currently looking to recruit a Reinstatement Supervisor to work on our Severn Trent Water contract across Shropshire and Staffordshire.

As the Reinstatement Supervisor you will be part of our Reinstatement Department who are responsible for the quality of reinstatement works, you will attend highways meetings and source specialist materials from our supply chain.

As the Reinstatement Supervisor your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Attend and liaise highways meetings
  • Site visits to inspect quality of works
  • Performance manage teams to improve quality and performance
  • Audit teams to ensure safety compliance is achieved
  • Work with the Planning Department to improve the productivity of teams and reduce travel times

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • NRSWA Supervisors
  • SSSTS Site Supervisors safety training scheme
  • EUSR Water Hygiene (not essential)
  • Good SROH Knowledge
  • Proven leadership skills
