You will be responsible for organising project team on a large Non-Infra water project, their workload and work effectively with the required support services. Ensuring that adequate subcontractors, resources and skills are deployed by the supply chain to ensure the programme of work is fulfilled. Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholder, providing weekly updates on programme delivery.
As part of the role, you will ensure that all Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental requirements pertaining to the project are in place and monitored. Manage persistent poor performance or failure to comply with process by the supply chain in regard to jeopardy management or delivery by implementing positive actions to adjust any failures. Ensuring the supply chain provide sufficient information to allow timely updates of all client and Kier systems including co-ordination with programme managers and supply chain as necessary.
Overseeing work on site, you will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget and against programme. Working with all stakeholders and communicating effectively the correct candidate needs to understand all the principals required when working in line with CDM regulations. A critical part of this role is to manage change and effectively put value to this whilst working with the planning & commercial team to ensure that this is properly accepted by the client or supply chain.
