As a Quality Assurance Advisor, you will play a vital role in assuring the quality of the work undertaken by our Main Contractors.
The role is key to providing the senior management with the analysis of the work carried out and creating reports to show where work doesn’t meet the standard expected which will enable Thames to improve the quality of work carried out and reduce the need to revisit future defects, improving customer and stakeholder confidence.
You will be responsible for ensuring that items claimed by the Infrastructure Alliance (IA) and other Partners reflect the works carried out on site accurately using records from site, whilst supporting the senior management by contributing to the production of weekly and monthly reports detailing the jobs that do not meet the standards expected by the Contract.We’re looking for you to:

- Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
- Well organised, with a keen eye for detail.
- Positive attitude & have the ability to be flexible to business needs.
- Strong understanding of operations, asset management & customer service.
- Previous experience of using SAP would be advantageous but training to use Company IT systems and office software will be provided.
