Help Lead, motivate and develop project management teams, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance and fostering a high performing, collaborative culture.
Own the end to end project lifecycle, through development design, delivery, commissioning and handover to meet Business case requirements
Establish and maintain robust project controls, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, change and benefits management, ensuring accurate reporting and governance compliance.
Act as the primary point of accountability for senior stakeholders, sponsors and partners, building strong relationships and providing clear, concise and timely communications.
Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive identification, effective escalation and implementation of mitigating actions.
Ensure all projects are delivered in full compliance with health, safety, environmental, regulatory and organisational requirements.
Oversee commercial and contractual arrangements, including supplier selection, contract management, performance monitoring and dispute resolution.
Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects, embedding best practice, standard methodologies and innovative ways of working.
Support strategic planning and portfolio alignment by providing expert input, estimates and advice to ensure projects deliver maximum value and support organisational objectives.
