KCD is a trusted partnership, providing infrastructure services to Thames Water. Our contract has been extended for a further 5 years, so we are looking for a PMO Manager to join the team and take pride in delivering for our customers.

In this role, you will be working closely with the Thames Water Alliance Senior Leadership Team covering the four key areas of responsibility which are Projects, Business as Usual, Subject Matter Expertise and some Technical Support.

This will include developing data capture tools, building data flows from disparate sources, creating and automating reports and producing insightful data visuals. In addition, this role will see you communicating and interacting with stakeholders and customers at all levels which will be crucial to the team's overall success and will influence projects/ business processes as a SME.

What do we need from you?

We are looking for someone who has strong project management experience, expert data management and analysis skills, as well as proven ability to continually improve and provide solutions. You will also hold good knowledge of O365 applications, understand the importance of user experience and have the ability to deliver user friendling solutions. Furthermore, having experience in supporting colleagues and users and good communication with both internal and external stakeholders will stand you in great stead to be successful in this role.
