Programme Control Manager
Location: Flexible to be based within the Anglian Water region
Salary: Circa £45,000
Full time - 37 hours per week

If you can yes to the above, we have an excellent opportunity working within our IOS Alliance as Programme Control Manager.
What will you be doing?
You will manage effective connections with the Operational Manager and their team to ensure control via programme management for early identification of deviation from plans in terms of delivery/construction plan for dates and costs at both job and parcel level. Providing timely and rigorous reporting of the programme from inception to completion to generate lead and lag indicators of performance in delivery of any programme of work. These programmes of work should be shared with IOS Water and the wider internal and external stakeholders to ensure visibility of impacts of work scheduling are easily accessible.
What do you need?
The successful candidate will be required to provide the cost and resource profile across the full life cycle of work within IOS Water to ensure robust and clear plans are laid out and continually improved. You will also collate, analyse and present cost and scheduling data in tandem with the Performance team to support the needs of the Delivery teams. This will require an open, honest and professional attitude to enable constructive challenge with a focus on the efficient and effective delivery of projects.
Education to degree or equivalent level in relevant programme management or engineering discipline
Project Manager or able to demonstrate sufficient relevant experience
Knowledge and appreciation of risk analysis with respect to planning and Risk Base Proven track record of application of Programme Control Methodologies and experienced Management
Strong management experience underpinned by excellent stakeholder management skills
Proven financial management knowledge.
Demonstrable experience of integrating regional programmes of work within an operational environment
