About the role

As the Plant Coordinator, you will use your organisation skills, attention to detail and proactive attitude to oversee the procurement of equipment, maintain accurate records, resolve invoice queries and provide reports on plant status.

It will be your role to supervise the day to day activities of the Plant Team, who manage requests to hire in/ return equipment, and ensure all servicing, testing, calibration and PAT testing is up to date and complies with legislation. This role will see you work collaboratively with our contract partners and suppliers as you have a positive outlook to create positive outcomes.

What do we need from you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a proven background in administration and supervising a team. You will hold a great understanding of the MS office suite, as well as knowledge of invoicing and credit notes.
