Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be instrumental in:
- Shaping the Network: Working under the mentorship of industry experts, you'll coordinate HV & LV reinforcement and new development schemes, producing service and mains quotations that align with our high standards.
- Ensuring Safety & Compliance: Influence and lead substation/pillar legal contracts and cable notices, ensuring the highest safety standards.
- Delivering Excellence: Provide technical and financial direction, ensuring system reliability, efficiency, and value for money.
- Collaboration: Working across multi-functional teams on exciting large-scale projects.
- Engagement: Build a network of professional relationships to support your personal growth and career development.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Skills: Leadership, analytical problem-solving, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Experience: 5+ years in a professional utilities' role, with practical knowledge of distribution network design.
- Qualifications: HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, IOSH Managing Safely certification, and a clean driving license.
Desirable: Prince 2 certification and 11kV Authorised Person (AP) accreditation.
