About the Role

The Planning Administrator, sitting within the Operational Support section of the business, is responsible for ensuring that all job packs approved by the Validation team are assigned a realistic delivery date within SLA. The main objective of this role is to maximise the efficiency of the Operational teams by ensuring that they have a full work pack of fluid jobs. The Planning Administrator will work closely with both DLO (Direct Labour Operatives) and Sub Contractors to guarantee the delivery of all jobs.

What we need from you:

Accountabilities

  • Create Monthly, Weekly and Daily Schedules of Work
  • Liaise with the Delivery Team to ascertain the workload volume capability for the teams on given dates
  • Ensure that all teams have a full schedule of work to maximise the delivery output
  • Make time critical decisions to minimise delivery fallout due to on-day/short notice limitations or issues which arise
  • Update internal and Client Systems to ensure that the latest job information is visible to clients and internal staff
  • Attend regular conference calls and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes, minimise issues, and work collaboratively to increase delivery
  • Any other reasonable request as determined by management
