We have an opportunity for a Planner to join our team in Canwick, to ensure operational work orders are coordinated, to maximise productivity and are compliant with traffic management legislation.
This is a challenging and rewarding role, where you’ll collaborate with clients, operational colleagues and local authorities.
Here are some of the activities that you’ll get involved with…
- Planning and scheduling operational work orders
- Ensuring requirements are translated into accurate and concise work instructions
- Building relationships with operational teams, local authorities and clients
- Ensuring compliance with legislation to remove the risk of fines and fixed penalty notices from local authorities
- Updating the internal job flow system
- Case management of customer queries, ensuring resolution and escalating where appropriate

You are an energetic team player. Has great communication and IT skills. Has previous work experience that includes organisation and customer service. A detailed and forward-thinking approach to problem solving. Someone who is focused on getting it 'right first time'.
It’s ideal if you understand Health & Safety and having Streetworks/ NRWSA is highly advantageous!
