Our Planners are business critical - without them our teams on the ground can't perform their key worker roles and without the right permits in place, we can receive significant fines from local authorities.
We have a new opportunity to join our friendly team in Kidlington, working closely with our client Thames Water, to deliver a detailed, fully resourced and optimised work programme.
Plan for field resource and schedule work
Raise requests for letters that pre-warn customers of work that will be taking place and ensure that work is conducted in accordance with the information communicated

Identify and raise the required notices and permits to be obtained from local authorities
Liaise with different departments for the full planning and enabling of work, as necessary
Regularly review backlog to ensure swift resolution and support communications to the end customer
Full use of in-house systems (CLICK & SWIMS) for the planning & scheduling of work
