As Area Manager, you will be working on our IMR (Integrated Maintenance & Repair) Alliance to deliver contracts safely and to agreed standards and timeframes. You will be responsible for promoting a positive H&S culture, drive the ethos of excellent customer service to achieve 100% customer satisfied customers, as well as ensuring necessary resources are in place. Reviewing weekly/ monthly costs will be key in addition to managing the Field Performance Managers by conducting weekly performance and productivity, whilst embracing a collaborative and continuous improvement mentality amongst the teams.

What do we need from you?

To be successful, you will hold the following qualification, SMSTS/ IOSH, NRSWA Supervisor, Full Driving Licence and knowledge of CDM Legislation. You will also have managerial experience, able to deliver complex projects and have good communication skills for the various stakeholders you will be liaising with.
