We have an exciting vacancy for a Network Assistant within the Network Management Team based in our St Mary Cray office.

  • Supporting various activities managing gas supplies to multi-occupancy buildings (MOBs) across SGN’s networks in both Southern and Scotland, including domestic gas risers and complex distribution systems (CDS) supplying larger commercial buildings
  • Supporting survey programmes
  • Supporting the process for managing safety concerns with Network assets supplying multi occupancy buildings or any building safety concerns or risks
  • Work with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and other building owners to support and provide information packs relating to Building Safety Cases for high rise buildings
  • Liaise with Local Authorities and other building owners to understand their long term strategies
  • Liaising with building owners and customers as part of the buy out process
  • Supporting our MOBs design team with building owner contact and agreements
  • Support with management information and reports as required
  • Supporting the wider Network Management team with other tasks when required
