Join The Customer Experience Team as a Mobile Energy Advisor and play a pivotal role in crafting the future of energy consumption for our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert energy-saving advice to customers, helping them reduce their energy consumption and save on costs.
- Conduct detailed energy assessments and offer tailored recommendations for energy efficiency improvements.
- Support customers with "why so high" energy usage inquiries and offer mentorship for those switching to new heating systems.
- Collaborate with a multi-skilled advisory team to adapt to changes in demand and cover absences, ensuring flawless service delivery.
- Participate in staff development and engagement initiatives, demonstrating our investment in our people.
- Stay current on energy tariffs, industry trends, and standard methodologies to offer informed and relevant advice.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven experience in an advisory or customer service role within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and current energy market trends.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, strictly adhering to our high standards of service.
- A proactive and ambitious approach, with a determination to successfully implement energy-saving strategies for our customers.
- Relevant qualifications in energy management or a related field would be advantageous.
