Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Location: Hybrid working available-flexible location within the Anglian Water region, with travel to a local office 2-3 days a week as required

About Us

Our Water Recycling operation is at the heart of what we do. We're responsible for collecting and treating water used by our customers, and returning it safely to the environment. This critical work is carried out by our in-house team of skilled professionals, who manage over 7,000 pumping stations and 76,000 kilometres of sewers feeding into 1,000+ water recycling centres.

Your Role: Delivery Support Lead (DSL)

We're looking for an adaptable and collaborative leader to join us as a Delivery Support Lead (DSL). In this key role, you'll work closely with our Insight Lead helping to ensure our operational maintenance plans are successfully delivered. You'll play a pivotal part in fostering strong relationships with our operational teams, supporting their work on the ground and reducing operational risk.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Analysing data to initiate both reactive investigations and proactive maintenance for our pumping stations.

  • Supporting the programming and delivery of annual bathing water checks and wet well cleaning.

  • Using fixed condition monitoring and oil analysis data to plan and react to ensure asset health and performance.

  • Collaborating with local operational teams to address environmental and operational challenges like pollution, flooding, and customer concerns.

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient scheduling.

  • Providing expert support to Operational Managers, Operational Support Managers (OSM's), and Technicians to ensure productivity and the smooth adoption of new processes
