Maintenance Delivery Planner
Location: Huntingdon, Lincoln, Norwich, Peterborough
Permanent & Full time (37 hours per week)

Your role is to improve the performance and efficiency of operational assets and activities primarily within the water network system of an operational area but will also be working across areas and regionally. You will also provide planning support to the Maintenance Delivery Planning Manager (MDPM) and associated teams. Providing job planning support to all the field teams, either through Oracle or manual plans, within the Maintenance Delivery arena. Some of your key duties will include:
Prepare a weekly programme of work for field teams in conjunction with the plan provided by the MDPM and Programme Controller (Maintenance)
Ensure that weekly programme is in line with the operational reporting requirements of the business
Adjust the programme as directed by the MDPM to ensure compliance with the operability targets set by the business
Ensure any system updates are completed within the requisite time periods (i.e. SAP, Oracle, GNet, MDAB and MS Office packages)
Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate at all levels
Proven experience of being methodical, organised, paying attention to detail and working to deadlines
Understanding of teamwork
Data handling experience
Ability to prioritise workload
It would be desirable if you have:
Knowledge if IRIS telemetry systems
Working experience of Oracle Field Services application
Knowledge of New Road and Street Works Act 1991 and Traffic Management Act 2004
