Maintenance Administrator
Salary – £21,072 to £26,340 per annum (plus benefits)
Hours – 37.5 hours per week, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm
Location – Allington EfW

As a Maintenance Administrator at FCC Environment, you will provide hands on support in all aspects of general administration, with emphasis on financial administration.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week, however, we will consider requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days).

What will you be doing?
• Raising of purchase orders within Q4/SAP as requested by Engineers, Managers etc
• Receipting orders to ensure suppliers are paid promptly in order to avoid any potential delays
• Checking contractor timesheets, and work with them to rectify any inconsistencies
• Receipting of materials and services, working with various teams to ensure this is done as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Liaise with Finance Team to ensure any problems can be rectified as quickly as possible
• Administration and filing of numerous documents including risk assessments, safe working procedures, mobile plant checks, operational routines, maintenance routines, safety documents etc
• Ensure documents are filed effectively, and meet the requirements of company standards including BSI standards
• Maintain records of contractor competence, working to ensure all records and certificates are kept up to date
• Produce key performance indicators recording completion rates of routine checks etc
• Organise training, meetings and briefings for the teams, ensuring meeting rooms are booked and sufficient resources arranged
• Liaise with Training Team to organise training as required, as well as working with external suppliers to provide ad-hoc training.
• Update the computerised maintenance management system where needed, to ensure records are kept up to date
• Assist with planning outages, supporting the Maintenance Team in achieving the desired goals – this could include liaising with contractors, managing contractor accommodation on site etc
• Taking minutes of meetings and producing accurate notes as a result
• Provide temporary cover as required anywhere in the administration team
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required
