Job Title:  Logistics Planner / Scheduler
Hours:     07:30 - 17:00

We have an opportunity for you to join our Clancy team at our site in Brixton, as a Logistics Planner/ Scheduler

You will play a key role in ensuring our workforce are in the right place at the right time and with the right equipment, which is integral to helping us achieve our vision of beign trusted to deliver smarter, greener infrastructure brilliantly.

You will be aligned to our prestigious Thames Water Framework and the end customers are those people that live and work across London and the South East

Responsibilities:

You will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to analyse and fully understand work requirements, ahead of planning and scheduling for a large number of repair and maintenance teams (key workers), across London and the outskirts. You will be responsible for ensuring resources are deployed to maximum effect, whilst upholding health and safety regulations.

Experience/Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills for this role are essential, as you will spend much of your time liaising with colleagues and other stakeholders.

Written communication skills are a pre-requisite, as it will be your responsibility to ensure clear and concise instructions are received, along with meticulous written records that are used as audit trails.

Previous planning/scheduling experience would be advantageous, but we are most keen to hear from candidates with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills, who can demonstrate their organised and logical approach.
