Job Title - Level 3 Contract Coordinator Apprentice

Location - Tendring - Fowler Road, Oakwood Business Park North, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex CO15 4AA

Hours - Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

 Apprenticeship programme

 During this 2 -year programme, we will help you to develop your practical skills and knowledge required for you to succeed in this role as well as your future career. Throughout this programme, you will continue to develop your behaviours such as team working, problem-solving and customer focus. Veolia as a business is not only interested in what you accomplish, but the manner you do it in. 

 As well as gaining a broad range of technical and professional experience, you’ll also gain academic and vocational qualifications such as Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.

 Key Responsibilities 

 Ensure that all complaints are received from the client and entered into ECHO system ensuring they are assigned to the relevant Supervisor/Manager.

  • Liaise with the client on all levels, members of the public - by phone, and assist the service Managers regarding all matters.

  • Ensure all stage one checks are completed by checking the service history of the address, street segment area or node and lockouts, inputting all relevant information on Echo event.

  • Manage and monitor the progress of the task to ensure they are actioned and completed within contract SLA times and coordinate feedback of important information to the client.

  • Maintain and keep up to date records in Echo for specific services such as Assisted collections and clinical collections.

  • Liaise with field supervisors on the current location of rounds with the use of ECHO-View.

  • Manage and maintain daily lockout reporting, and any next day task reports required i.e. bin deliveries etc.


What is required 

To be eligible for our Business Administration Apprenticeship Programme you will need a passion for contemporary environmental issues, organised, able to prioritise, good communication skills and strong motivation for the role. You will also need to meet our entry criteria:

  • Maths - GCSE Level 4 (C) or above. 

  • English Language - GCSE Level 4 (C) or above.  

  • Good IT skills.
