Are you looking for your next role? We are looking to strengthen our team in our Jersey Electricity Building Services. (JEBS) Being part of our team you will uphold regulatory compliance, and high safety standards whilst upholding the company's purpose and values.

The post holder will be expected to provide comprehensive repairs and maintenance services to domestic and commercial plumbing, sanitation and heating installations, equipment and appliances. To undertake fault finding analysis, maintenance and repairs, installation and upgrading work.

Key Responsibilities

         Install and commission domestic heat pumps and heating systems, ensuring optimal                            performance.
         Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to ensure long-term efficiency and reliability.
         Diagnose and repair faults in heating systems and heat pumps.
         Provide expert advice and support to customers, enhancing their understanding of energy-                efficient heating solutions.
         Stay updated with the latest developments in heating technology and sustainability                            practices.



Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

We are looking for passionate and skilled engineers who are excited about the future of energy and sustainability. To be successful in this role, you should have:
         Technical Expertise: Proven experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining heat pumps            and heating systems.
         Qualifications: Relevant certifications and qualifications in heating engineering (e.g., NVQ               Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating, F-Gas certification).
         Problem-Solving Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair skills, with the ability to troubleshoot                and resolve complex issues.
         Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to                delivering outstanding customer service.
         Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach            to work.
         Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in renewable energy and a commitment to                  promoting eco-friendly solutions.

         Experience with Smart Technology: Familiarity with smart heating controls and connected               home technology.
         Continual Learning: A proactive approach to professional development and staying current            with industry advancements.
