Due to business growth and expansion, we have a brand new Graduate Bid Coordinator opportunity, or to join our successful work-winning team.

Our Bid Management Team is responsible for the production of high-quality bid and proposal submissions, and you will be working closely with our Bid Manager, Bid Writers, Knowledge Co-ordinator and Marketing Team, to coordinate and produce bid response documents, for pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ) and tender submissions.

Here are some of the activities you’ll get involved with, in this varied role:

  • Sourcing and co-ordination of information required to complete bids
  • Ensuring the status of current bids is kept updated so that reporting is accurate
  • Assisting the Knowledge Co-ordinator, to keep the Bid Library up-to-date with information related to accreditations, awards, health & safety information, staff numbers, etc
  • Ensuring completion of Approved Supplier List information requests
  • Ensuring maintenance and continuation of accreditations with other relevant departments in the business

This is a great opportunity for you to join a supportive team, where you will be set up for success. In return, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, has lots of initiative and doesn’t get flustered, as there are often numerous timelines with conflicting demands to be managed.

Other attributes that are essential include being inquisitive, analytical and self-motivated

Being comfortable and an intermediate user of Microsoft packages.
