We are currently recruiting a Technical Training Manager within the UK Planning Team. Within this role, you will be responsible for the review and management of end-to-end training planning, administration, and delegate management processes. In this role, you will be the lead contact for the business, Managed Service Provider, external training suppliers, internal trainers, specialists and Delivery Managers.
Within the role you will be responsible for Learning Management System (LMS), Business systems and change approvals, as well as a portfolio of projects and continuous improvement initiatives. You will support the provision of training compliance management information and provide direct line management to a team servicing the UK training demand.
Please note that although this is a hybrid role, there is expected attendance of three days a week within the office.
The team span is over 3 sites at Eakring - Nottinghamshire, Tipton - West Midlands,Taunton - South West
