KCD is a trusted partnership, providing infrastructure services to Thames Water. Our contract has been extended for a further 5 years, so we have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join the team and take pride in delivering for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing accountability, manage, monitor and resource the end to end delivery of the Joint Venture services for the allocated region from demand to completion. This role will see you manage the performance of the business unit to include safety, profitability, growth, service delivery and customer satisfaction. In addition, you will be involved in managing annual budgets, forecasting and financial controls, actively promoting a continuous improvement culture and implement a business plan for the business unit to deliver maximum benefit.

What do we need from you?

We are looking for someone who is an experienced senior leader with a proven capability to translate vision into tactical objectives and activities that motivate delivering excellence. You will also have experience in controlling large multi-functional teams across geographically dispersed areas and maintain safe operational practice, a high degree of commercial and strategic awareness and experience of delivering customer-focused services.
