About the Role
In this important will, you will be responsible for the site supervision of field operatives (direct labour and sub contract) to ensure that all Client orders are delivered to time, in a safe and compliant manner, ensuring all contractual processes, procedures and quality standards are met. This involves overseeing the fibre and minor civils teams, liaising with various internal departments, and liaising with the clients, Highways Authority, Police and Local Authorities.
What we need from You
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience within a similar position, hold a NRSWA up to Supervisor level with strong knowledge and understanding of the Communications Network Installation Specifications. You should also be competent in OTDR, CD & PMD testing and analysis, and have experience with blown fibre network installation.
