If you're looking for a new opportunity to work with stakeholders and on transformation programmes across AW, the role of Enterprise Data Architect could be for you. This role is to provide technical support to the digital Health and Safety/Asset Operational Programme.

You will ideally have a background in Finance, Supply Chain, Asset, Operations or Customer with some strong IT skills to support us in capturing and providing a structure to our data and information requirements. You will be interpreting a different range of communication styles and technical jargon and converting it into meaningful information and documenting the findings.

You will have a Learning Pathway to support your career in Data and your current business knowledge will support this. This role is about "interconnectedness of all things" where you'll find that subject areas will overlap, and you will find yourself exploring new areas to work in.

What does it take to be an Enterprise Data Architect?

  • Good cross-functional knowledge and experience of corporate systems (SAP, GTECH, ESRI, IRIS etc)

  • Working experience of end to end business processes

  • Qualifications (graduate / post-graduate) or experience within any of the following: Business & Computer Science, Enterprise Resources Planning systems (e.g. SAP), Geographical Information Systems, or similar enterprise computing environments

  • Ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences

  • Excellent all-round communications skill and the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams

  • A good level of problem solving and high attention to detail

  • An appreciation of the importance of data quality and data protection
