This role provides fundamental support to our colleagues, customers, and external partners, assisting with the processes that help keep our electricity operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Energy Staff & Engineers: Complete a broad range of specialised office-based tasks to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
- Work Orders & Network Management: Accurately handle daily record changes, create and complete work orders, and ensure network alterations are made promptly in our systems post engineering work.
- Customer Enquiries & Service Delivery: Handle Electricity Supply Enquiries (ESE's), monitor customer enquiries (CRM's), and coordinate customer notifications for roadworks.
- Conveyancing Searches: Liaise with law firms to conduct conveyancing searches and supply cable drawings.
- Data & Reporting: Retrieve meter data, compile monthly reports for the Finance Director, and manage monthly invoicing.
- Administrative Support: Handle timesheets, organise business travel, process invoices, and support meter-related work orders.
- Costing & Invoicing: Prepare costings for rechargeable works and invoice accordingly.

Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish strong rapport with colleagues and customers.

Conscientious, respectful, and a true team player with the initiative to support multiple business functions.
Administrative Experience
A solid background in administrative roles is essential for success in this position.
Advanced IT Skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) with proven experience in administrative roles to effectively support daily operations.
Energy Sector Knowledge (Preferred but Not Essential)
Experience in the energy sector or working with asset management systems (EAM, NAV) would be beneficial.
