National Grid is hiring a ER Advisor on a 12 month FTC.
We are looking for a professional and pro-active ER Advisor, to join our supportive and collaborative ER team to act as the critical first point of contact and advice for our Stakeholders.
You will provide timely support, and pragmatic guidance to Managers at all levels who are managing ER Case Management activities across National Grid in the UK. You'll provide advice at all stages on a range of internal policies (Disciplinary, Grievance, Performance Improvement, Discrimination, Bullying & Harassment, Drugs & Alcohol and Sickness Absence) and be confident coaching managers and influencing colleagues to encourage change.
You will ensure that fair and robust Investigations are completed by the business in relation to Disciplinary and Grievance matters and that cases are progressed through to conclusion quickly adhering to Policy and ACAS principles.
