About the role: 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering improvements for our customers and the business. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and embedding of customer experience improvement projects and initiatives. You will support the Operational Improvement team in the delivery of measurable and sustainable efficiency improvements.

Key areas of accountability will include: 
  • Co-ordinate briefed projects and activities, provide & deliver reports, presentations & analysis of data as necessary
  • Assist with the design & delivery of effective solutions as directed, building on existing research or evidence
  • Co-ordinate the completion of RAIDO logs and other project related documentation
  • Support the delivery of effective, proactive and targeted communications to build and enhance customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures and external Regulations and best practices. Includes relevant TWUL policies and procedures
  • Support the department by liaising or attending meetings with key internal and external stakeholders, as required
  • Deliver excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinating the inputs and outputs of workshop and group working sessions, as well as supporting with the facilitation, and where appropriate constructively challenging views and decisions to ensure objectives are met
  • Providing relevant and effective financial/operational data analysis to support with the identification facilitation of projects, work streams & programmes related to areas of focus in line with our strategic priorities
  • Support the department by liaising or attending meetings with key internal and external stakeholders, as required
To be successful you will have the following skills and experience: 
  • Previous experience of project, change management and/or business readiness
  • Experience supporting delivery of sustainable change including people change projects
  • An understanding of change management methodologies
  • Ability to drive analysis, reporting and insights to contribute to making informed business decisions
  • Proven capability to translate vision into strategic & tactical objectives with activity that motivates delivery excellence
  • Experience working with large teams to support the realisation of benefits and sustaining of change
  • Experience in process mapping
  • Ability to identify and track benefits
  • Experience with the MS office suite (word, PowerPoint, excel)
