With your professional telephone manner and excellent communication, you will be the front-line voice of Anglian Water dealing with a wide range of different phone calls from our customers.

You don't need to have worked in a contact centre before; you just need to have a willingness to learn, excellent communication and a strong desire to do the right thing for our customers every time.
In return, we'll provide a thorough training package to support you in dealing with our customers confidently.
You won't be alone! As well as joining as part of a group, you will also have extensive mentoring to ensure you have the support you need whilst you learn how to provide an outstanding service to our customers.
What makes our Customer Service Advisors so great?
We're looking for a personality that will shine down the phone to our customers and ideally someone who:
· Is empathetic, confident, and passionate towards every customer
· Is resilient and enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
· Adapts well to change and is an effective communicator
· Is able to learn computer systems and multitask

Starting salary £19,000 per annum with increases dependent upon successful performance reviews.
