We have a new opportunity for someone who is passionate about great customer service to join our team, to be responsible for delivering a responsive and proactive service when investigating and resolving customer queries and complaints:
You will be taking full ownership of managing customer queries through to resolution and only escalating where needed, acting as the single point both internally and externally.
Responsibilities will also include ensuring all records are stored correctly in the system, investigating and analysing information, liaising with colleagues in local offices, contractors and other partner agencies to resolve enquiries and 100% compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental policies, procedures and standards.
Can you do it?
If you have previous customer service experience, along with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) the answer is probably yes and we would love to hear from your.
