KCD is a trusted partnership, providing infrastructure services to Thames Water. Our contract has been extended for a further 5 years, so we are looking for a Customer Manager to join the team and take pride in delivering for our customers.
In this role you will provide expert advice and leadership on engagement and communications with key operational stakeholders and organisations to aid the achievement of the Infrastructure Alliance's (IA) development planning, growth and operational delivery agenda.
This role will see you establish long-term relationships with government, and other key stakeholders to influence positive outcomes for the customers of Thames Water by providing early insight and support the delivery teams. One key responsibility will be to support the achievement of the IA's proactive approach to planning for and enabling growth. What do we need from you?
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills with customer focus and strategic perspective. You'll have a mind-set and experience of liaison with stakeholders, good knowledge of external issues and regional development priorities.
