Job Description

We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our call centre in Folkestone.

You will be taking a high volume of inbound calls and acting as the first point of contact when our customers call with their questions and queries, so it is vital that you represent the company in a positive, friendly and empathetic way. No two calls will be the same, so it will be important that you adapt to the different needs to quickly resolve the situation in a professional way.

You don't need to have worked in a call centre environment previously as full training will be provided. We are looking for individuals with great customer service skills as we are measured against the level of customer experience that we provide our customers. We are also looking for individuals who are comfortable with using a range of IT software as there will be a variety of systems used as a part of the day-to-day job. Full training on all software systems will be provided before you start.

If you are shortlisted for an assessment centre, these will be taking place on:

Monday 25th November 2024 (9:30am, 12pm & 3pm)

Tuesday 26th November 2024 (9:30am, 12pm & 3pm)

Monday 2nd December 2024 (9:30am, 12pm & 3pm)

Tuesday 3rd December (9:30am, 12pm & 3pm)

You will be contacted and asked which session would be convenient. The session will last approx. 2 hrs.

In the role, you will be working 37 hours per week on a 7 hour shift basis between 7am and 8pm Mondays to Fridays, plus 2 weekends and 1 Saturday in a 7 week rota.

The salary for the role is £24,487 with a start date of Monday 6th January 2025. Please note that for the first 5 weeks, you will be doing compulsory training 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (ending 7th February)

In return for all your hard work, you will get 23 days' leave plus a celebration day, which rises with continuous service. You will get the opportunity to buy leave. You will be joining a well-established company who values work-life balance and career development.
