Job Purpose

The Customer Advisor Advanced role within the Developer Services and Metering team is a wide-ranging role supporting a number of activities. This includes frontline customer service activities, mailbox management, ownership of customer and developer queries, tracking of new connections and back office administrative support for the wider team.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Co-ordination of plot / address information with customers and Data and Knowledge Management
  • Providing support and advice to other roles within Customer Operations
  • Adherence to all business key performance indicators
  • Resolution of billing exceptions
  • Dealing with written & verbal complaints
