Description

Are you a hands-on Site Supervisor with the ability to support project delivery as part of a strong construction team?

If so, we are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to join our Energy Division in a full-time position.

This key role within the Construction Team will be responsible for providing clear technical and supervisory support to the Construction department.

As Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe execution of project deliverables to a high-quality standard and strong customer focus in line with Company practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with HS&E standards, Company procedures, Distribution Safety Rules, Generation Safety Rules and Industry best practices, ensuring that all required project records are kept up to date & fully auditable.
  • Supervise site works for Distribution Projects, providing support for the Construction team and liaising with the Construction & Planning team members ensuring that the Projects meet the standards set out in the project specification & polices.
  • Assist the Construction Team in providing an efficient and positive customer experience.
  • Ensure that relevant team members are fully engaged and informed of project monitoring activities and requirements.
  • Working collaboratively to effectively interface with Construction, Planning Engineers, relevant stakeholders and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain an appropriate professional relationship within your relevant network to support your continued personal development objectives.
  • Supervise and account for appointed Contractors, ensuring compliance to JE & regulatory standards, Codes of Practice, and adherence to contract via comprehensive monitoring and reporting systems.
