About The Role
IWJS have over 40 years’ experience of delivering sewer services, waste management and industrial cleaning to essential infrastructure services across the UK – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to support our Commercial Teams in Manchester and Preston. This is a great opportunity to be part of a progressive company that has been working with the waste water utility sector since 1977!
As the Commercial Administrator you will be part of our Operations Department who are responsible for the planning and on site delivery of wastewater services which include sewer mapping, inspection and repair.
As the Commercial Administrator, your duties & responsibilities will be:
- Invoice Applications
- Agreement and certification of sub-contractors interim valuations
- Manage value variations
- Agree final accounts
- Cost control and target management
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Attention to detail and methodical thinking
- Excellent numeracy
- Problem solving and showing initiative
- Analytical thinking
- Computer skills and knowledge of main profession software
- Working well under pressure
You will form part of a small delivery team and will be mentored and coached by a Commercial Manager.
