Key Responsibilities

  • Lead effective end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and other strategic projects within scope, time, and budget. 
  • Ensure alignment between overall programme objectives and business strategy. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including strategy-related artefacts, project plans, logs and registers, and reports.   
  • Engage and build trusting relationships across the organisation to support project delivery. 
  • Monitor and communicate project progress, financials, risks, and issues effectively to senior management, adhering to PMO standards and methodologies. 
  • Support training and communication plans for impacted teams. 
  • Work closely with the business to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. 


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 5+ years of senior project management experience particularly in IT-enabled business transformation. 
  • Proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience in leading multi-workstream and complex digital transformation programmes. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship building skills to influence, spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment.  
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and create comprehensive documentation. 
  • Experienced in leading cross functional teams and projects and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Highly proficient in project management frameworks and tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Smartsheets or equivalent). 
  • Recognised project management certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile). 
  • Change Management certification highly desirable. 
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
